It is so comforting to know that our Lord Jesus Christ is saying to us in so many ways:

"I am not interested in your results. What I am interested in is your struggle -- your confrontation with satan -- your standing-up against him when times are difficult. That is what I need from you in these crucial times of war between good and evil. All that struggle is being accumulated for the conviction and punishment of satan in the final judgement."

Mother Teresa phrases it this way: "We are not called to be successful (in this world). We are called to be faithful."

One of our highly celebrated martyrs, Saint Edmond Campion, tells us: "A noble failure (in this world) is more to be desired than an earthly success."

Why is that? Why would our all-powerful Jesus Christ not want us to beat satan and his minions up every time he kills one of our helpless brothers and sisters in their defenselessness. Why doesn't our all powerful God respond forcefully against satan for all the evil satan does to our innocent children by abortion? -- and

to our helpless old folks? -- and to our handicapped -- by the use of euthanasia? It is because Jesus, and those of us who follow Him, are "Victim Souls." We never fight back. We win that way. We pray and sacrifice ourselves for those who are helpless.

One-third of us in this -- our beloved United States -- who were born after Roe versus Wade in 1973 -- are dead -- murdered in their helplessness. That is obviously the strategy of satan in his effort to stop Jesus Christ's building-up of His Kingdom of God. But he trembles -- satan trembles -- for two primary reasons:

1) The evil one knows that when Jesus Christ has His kingdom built-up to where He wants it for eternity, He is going to destroy this place -- not by Jesus Christ, Himself. Why should our all-powerful God waste His time messing around with satan? The evil one is already a loser. The arrogant strong man began to lose heavily when he defied God by saying to God: "I will not obey!!" and when he said also to God: "I, too, can be God !!" Jesus has appointed His Mother, our Twelve-Star General to crush satan's head (see Genesis 3:15, in the earliest translations)  --  humiliated

for all time and timelessness by a little 15 year-old Jewish girl -- Mary, Our Mother.

2) Secondly, as our beloved "John Paul The Great" has so eloquently explained to us in Denver in 1993: "The outcome has already been determined!!"

AMERICA!! DEFEND LIFE!!" He said urgently to us again in Denver in 1993.

"AMERICA!! WOE TO YOU IF YOU DO NOT SUCCEED IN DEFENDING LIFE!" He said again.

"AMERICA!! YOU MUST COME OUT OF YOUR COMFORTABLE LIFESTYLES NOW!! AND YOU MUST COME OUT INTO THE STREETS!! AND INTO THE PUBLIC PLACES!! AND YOU MUST SHOUT THE GOSPEL OF LIFE FROM THE ROOFTOPS!!" He said. "DO NOT BE AFRAID!!" He said. "JESUS CHRIST IS WITH YOU!!"

He told us in Fatima: "THE DARK HORSE IS ON THE HORIZON!!" and he told us early on in his Papacy:      "WHENEVER     HUMAN     LIFE     IS

THREATENED, WE WILL STAND UP!!"

We, in America, have now read the last chapter --
and it says:

WE WIN!!
Our beloved former HolyFather, Pope John Paul II, has given us our marching orders. He gave them to the Poles and Ukrainians in soviet Russia and Poland -- and he won!! He won as a "Victim Soul" -- non-violently!! He fought back with sacrifice and prayer. He now urges us to fight back with sacrificial prayer and to do this where the evil is happening -- in our case -- in America -- in front of the abortionist killing centers -- to say the four rosaries and to have The Holy Mass nearby to stop the killing.

We are now in "the mopping-up phase" of satan's effort to stop Jesus Christ's building-up of His eternal kingdom. Those who have left our beloved Roman Catholic Faith and have given up on God are now relying on the University research centers to provide them with an eternal salvation here on this earth. It appears that the strategy of the evil one at this point in history is to seduce those in apostasy to

follow him into three earthly salvation attempts:
1) Cloning, 2) stopping the aging process, and 3) embryonic stem cell manipulation. "Follow the money," the evil one is saying to those who are following him in his futile attempt to be god:

a) Cloning -- Clinton, et al, is following the fiction of Aldous Huxley and his "Brave New World" and Orwell's 1984 to produce and keep a large, happy, work force so that the remaining 10% of our population can enjoy 100% percent of the world's goods forever here on this planet. Their effort to be a god is thwarted, however, by the wisdom of the teaching of The Roman Catholic Church that "only God can create a soul!!" There is no evidence whatsoever that a cloned being has ever been ensouled. Those of us who are following our God into eternity have obviously been ensouled because we experience the ability to love and to reason in our daily life.

b) Embryonic stem cell research: Parkinson's and other diseases are being used as reasons for the need for embryonic research but in reality these diseases are being  used  only  to  draw  funds  into  the   university

research centers. There are no known cures by embryonic application from Parkinson's and the other diseases. Most likely because they are soulless. Adult stem cells, however, have produced dramatic results in the area of cures.

c) Stopping the Aging Process: The primary effort of "following the money" is devoted to stopping the Aging Process for the obvious reason of trying to find a way to live an immortal life here on this planet by manipulating ones stem cells so as to stop ones aging process at an age of ones choice -- especially the focus is on the rich who can afford the enormous expense of the treatments. Rudimentary beginnings (treatments) in this area are already being administered in China. Obviously, the primary recipients of the treatments are those who have the wherewithal and who have left the God of our Fathers and are now desperately searching for an alternative to what satan has to offer them.

We need to pray for them. "We all work out our salvation with fear and trembling" as St. Paul tells us. But this is a particularly blasphemous time to get through without prayer and help -- especially the hardened heart of an abortionist.

Very importantly, we must view this genetic manipulation of God's handiwork through the theological lens to stay ahead of the commercial thrust to kill us while we are still embryos. This article I am writing is obviously only a "surface treatment" of the evil of our time. We must come up with compassionate, spiritual systems to not only cope with but to confront the evil one with compassionate courage in order to bring our helpless ones out of harm's way while we are on our way home to God.

Alternative systems are not enough. We must cause a spiritual conversion of the victims of the evil attacks of the arrogant strong man against the unsuspecting young mom and her helpless unborn child -- especially the unborn child at the embryonic stage of development. We must convert these satanic attacks into happy encounters of divine love between the Mom-in-crisis and the divine Love of Jesus Christ. The unborn child will then, too, be happy while it frolics about in its mother's womb. The Homes for Pregnant, Unwed Mothers should have atmospheres of spiritual retreats, for example. Jesus is in an intimate and unique divine love affair with each of our souls in all of its uniqueness. "Jesus loves each of us as though there were only one of us." (Headlines of Our Archbishop, Elden Francis Curtiss) We must strive to

respond to that divine love by reaching out to others in a positive, caring sacrifice of our lives for the ones who are helpless. Those who are defenseless in their mother's wombs -- the most dangerous place to live today -- are crying out to us: "Is anyone out there? Does anyone care? Will you speak for me? Will you be my voice?"

My wife, Mary Lou Weslin, who died in 1980, founded The Mary Weslin Homes For Pregnant, Unwed Mothers so she could be a voice for the silent unborn. We have had 223 babies born through our homes since she died -- free of charge, with doctor's and hospital care. I am trying to keep her legacy alive. I need your help. The evil one hates us -- but that becomes his problem, because -- God loves us!! We hide God's babies out from the evil one in The Mary Weslin Homes until they are born and then -- and hopefully -- soon -- protected by the law.
